The layout of our plant facilitates comprehensive sorting and grading activities utilizing our strong & qualified workforce. Since we import mixed rags, the first basic operation at our facility is to sort the mixed clothing into different categories. After sorting, the grading process is duly carried out. Being a very customer centric activity, it requires an ample amount of supervision and attention to detail. The clothing is then further graded into almost 120 different article groups as per our customers’ requirements.

When ready, these sorted and graded articles are neatly packaged into compressed bales of 40, 45, 60 or 100 kilograms per bale depending on the requirements of our clients. We strive to ensure that the packing is neat and attractive and can take the rigors of being shipped by sea before it reaches its final destination. Packing is done using modern bailing machines designed and developed by the very best in the industry.

We offer a comprehensive business solutions to our customers ranging from inspection, if required, to documentation and all other formalities till the goods are on board the vessel. We also offer after sales service in terms of providing complete information regarding the whereabouts of the consignment to the buyer until the time the container is safely offloaded at the destination port.

We receive a variety of different types of shoes; the three main categories being men’s women’s and children’s shoes.  The shoes are then separated further into sub categories, specifying each pair under their respective article group, for example; Men’s Jogging Shoes or Children’s Sports shoes. After categorizing the shoes, they are  mixed using a specific ratio of each group, creating a unique range according to each client’s requirement.

A favourite item among our products are soft and hard toys. These two categories of toys are sold separately, soft toys being compressed into small 15 – 45 kg bales and hard toys being shipped in boxes of various weights according to the customer’s requirements.

Wiping products are extensively used in houses, offices, hospitals, food facilities and other industries for a variety of purposes, especially for cleaning and absorption. The use of wiping products has greatly increased in recent times and subsequently the demand for its production as well, predominantly in the U.K., U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Ireland, Japan and Dubai. At M. MAWJI & SONS, we have built a separate Wiping Department with state of the art facilities where our highly trained workers, supervisors and quality assurance inspectors are busy in ensuring production of wide range of quality wiping products. Our main aim is to deliver high quality and versatile wipers to our clients as per their requirements and expectations. Clothes and fabric that are old fashioned, damaged or torn are brought to the facility and turned into useful wipers with excellent quality and durability.

A product that is very popular with many of our clients is fashion clothing. The high end, luxury fashion garments we receive during collection are then carefully sorted, graded and then packed as instructed by our customers.

Many people like to keep the memory of their past alive. This makes vintage a very desired product by most of our clients. Vintage clothes usually reflect past trends, popular figures, famous items and more. These are collected, sorted and graded accordingly at our facility and then packed and shipped to the client as per their guidelines.
